At Hayyat, we prioritize customer satisfaction and want you to be pleased with every purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may return it by providing a written reason within 24 hours of receipt.

Eligibility for Return:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Sale Items:

• Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation & Liability:

• Hayyat reserves the right to cancel any order. We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control.

Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. Contact us at hayyatapparel@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery to request an exchange for the same item.

Shipping Costs:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Shipping Time:

• Shipping times for exchanges may vary based on your location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
